By using LLuFineJewelry.com, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service and Shipping & Returns Policy. If you do not agree to the aforementioned terms, you must promptly leave the site.

Shipping

For standard orders please allow up to 10 business days for order processing and shipping, unless otherwise specified on the product page. For all custom orders, please allow an additional 10 business days. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders may arrive sooner than the aforementioned timeframes, and in periods of high volume these timeframes may be extended without notice. If you have timing constraints and need your order sooner, please contact us via our content forms or at emily@llufinejewelry.com, and we will work with you and our sellers to meet your needs. L. Lu Fine Jewelry generally ships vis United States Postal Service and is not liable for lost or stolen packages, packages returned to sender, or packages sent to a wrong address submitted. If you believe that you require signature-required delivery for any reason, you must contact us to request it prior to your item shipping. For high-value items, we may require signature upon delivery. 

Return Policy

The return policy for a given order is set by the fulfilling seller. Currently, all standard orders under $750 may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of arrival unless otherwise specified on the product page or order confirmation. The customer is responsible for return shipping or local drop-off. L. Lu Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost returns. All custom orders are final sale. If you have questions or concerns regarding our return policy, please contact us or email emily@llufinejewelry.com, as we make exceptions to our policy on a case-by-case basis.
